View all unassigned jobs in one dashboard?

Use the Dispatch Board with filters. Unassigned view shows everything not yet assigned to a tech. No clicking around needed.

Steps:
• Open Dispatch → Board View
• Click Filters (top right)
• Select Status: Unassigned
• Save as default view if you want it every time

You can also sort by priority, due date, or customer.

Oh this is exactly what I was looking for too! Thanks so much Sylvia! Do you know if there's a way to see unassigned jobs by region or service area? We have techs covering different zones and I want to make sure I'm assigning geographically. Thanks again!

Add Service Area as a column in Board View. Then group by it. Settings → Column Preferences.

Hi Ray! Happy to confirm what Sylvia shared — the Dispatch Board with filters is exactly the right place for this workflow.

One addition: if you need this view automatically every morning, you can save it as a custom dashboard widget. Go to Dashboard → Add Widget → Unassigned Work Orders. That puts the count right on your home screen without navigating to Dispatch first.
