 Hi, You are seeing this issue as a result of some machine issues. Please be sure to clear all cache and then try to reconnect the parts and it should work successfully.

 The serial number is SX576D3 
 And Kathy, regarding your question I have not cleared my cache recently. I will go ahead and do that now and post my results here

I agree Jane. We should definitely look at that but I would also be curious to know if James has cleared his cache.

This may be a result of an outdated MCAD, I will have to verify. What version MCAD do you have? If you could provide the serial #

 Pin 8 and 10 are In+ and In- as per data sheet. But the MCAD model has Pin 10 as In - and Pin 8 as In+
