Same issue here: Inventory threshold alerts not triggering

Adding to what Deja posted yesterday — we're seeing the exact same thing on our end. Low-stock alerts just... aren't firing. We've got 15 parts sitting below their configured thresholds and zero notifications in the past week.

Setup we've confirmed:

  • Threshold values are saved correctly in Settings > Inventory > Alerts
  • Notification recipients are assigned (including myself and our warehouse lead)
  • Parts are definitely below threshold — I can see the red indicator in the inventory list
  • Email/SMS delivery working normally for other notifications

We rely on these alerts to trigger our weekly restock orders, so this is creating a real operational gap. My team is manually checking inventory twice a day right now, which defeats the purpose of having automated alerts.

Has anyone heard back from support on this yet? Or found a workaround while it's being investigated?

  • in my experience the inventory alerts have always been flaky

we stopped relying on them months ago. built a simple report that runs every morning showing parts below threshold. dispatch prints it, warehouse checks it.

not elegant but it works. the automated alerts were giving us too many false negatives and the occasional false positive.

hotfix will probably help for a while but i'd set up a backup check regardless
