Today, we are excited to share that Bulk Work Order Assignment is now live in your Dispatch View! This is one of those features that came directly from conversations with dispatchers like you who told us what would make your lives easier.
What You Can Do Now
From the Dispatch View, you can now:
- Select multiple work orders at once using checkboxes — no more shift-clicking gymnastics
- Assign to a single technician or distribute across a crew with just a couple clicks
- Preserve your existing filters and views so you are not losing your place in the board
- See confirmation before finalizing so there are no accidental reassignments on busy mornings
A Quick Tip from Our Team
We have found that teams who use this alongside their existing technician availability filters are seeing the best results. Try filtering by skill set or certification first, then use bulk select to grab everything that matches — it is a real time-saver!
