Bulk Editing
For updates to multiple items, use the Bulk Import function. Export your current inventory to CSV, make changes in your spreadsheet application, then re-import. See Bulk Importing Inventory via CSV for detailed instructions.
Item Status and Availability
Items may have one of three statuses:
| Status | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Active | Available for selection in work orders and visible in reports |
| Discontinued | Hidden from new work orders but retained in historical data |
| Archived | Excluded from all lists except filtered archive views |
To change status, edit the item and select the appropriate value from the Status dropdown.
